📜 Phenix MU Server Rules

By registering, all users agree to comply with these rules. Failure to do so may result in penalties including temporary or permanent account suspension.

1. General Agreement
   All players must agree to every rule. Disagreement with any point prevents you from using the site, forum, or playing on MU.lv.
2. Ownership
   All accounts, characters, and items are property of the server. All gameplay is governed by our Event & User Agreement.
3. Real-Money & Currency Trading
   Trading characters or items for real money or virtual currencies equivalent to real money is prohibited. Violators will receive a warning or instant ban for both buyer and seller.
4. Lifetime Guarantee
   We guarantee the safety of your account, characters, and progress when playing through official channels and systems.
5. Player-to-Player Trade Risk
   Trading valuable items with other players is at your own risk. The administration is only responsible for shop purchases.
6. Anti-Perjury
   Provable false reports against players or staff will result in warnings or account bans.
7. PvP Balance Changes
   PvP changes are driven by player votes and documented in patch notes published on our website.

1. Relations with Staff

1. Respect Required: Disrespect toward staff or the server is forbidden. Penalty: 7-day character and account ban per offense.
2. No Threatening: Threats toward staff or the server are strictly prohibited. Penalty: 7-day character and account ban per offense.

2. Prohibited Software / Cheating

1. Macros & Automation: Use of clickers or automation tools to gain advantage is forbidden. Penalty: 7-day ban per offense.
2. Hack Tools: Use of Speedhack, Hithack, or other serious cheats is prohibited. Penalty: 30-day ban per offense.

3. Bug Exploitation

1. Exploiting unintended bugs to gain benefit is prohibited. Modifying client files for performance (e.g., disabling graphics) is allowed, but altering visuals to gain advantage is not. Penalty: 7-day ban per offense.
2. Report any new bugs immediately to [email protected].

4. Gameplay Conduct Rules

1. No Hate Speech: Any ethnic slurs or harassment results in chat ban or up to 7-day account suspension.
2. Insults & Obscenities: Mild insults are allowed; serious or obscene language receives a 24-hour chat ban per violation.
3. Family References Prohibited: Mentioning non-players’ relatives results in a 3-day chat ban.
4. No Ad Promotion: Advertising other servers leads to a 30-day or permanent ban.
5. No GM Interference: Disrupting GameMasters during events leads to a 1-hour character ban per offense.
6. No Personal Threats: Threatening others with personal harm leads to a 7-day ban.
7. No Alt Abuse: Secondary characters continuing misuse after a main is banned will result in both characters and the account banned for 3 days.
8. No Self-Gain in TDM/Temple: Cheating or inactivity during TDM or Illusion Temple leads to a 7-day ban. Inactivity is defined as standing still for over 30 seconds.
9. Castle Siege Rules: Guild leaders may only hold the main crown. Mixed alliances in a party are prohibited. Violation results in 14-day account/HWID ban per offense.
10. No Fake Evidence: Submitting doctored screenshots receives a 30-day ban.
11. No ALT+F4 Abuse in Kalima: Bypassing combat with ALT+F4 is prohibited. Must send a PM to the attacker. Violations incur 7-day ban.
12. Contract Violation: Failing agreed deals yields 21-day account ban.
13. Shared Email: Only one user per account is permitted. Shared accounts are blocked until issue is resolved.
14. No Obscene Names: Offensive character names are banned until corrected.
15. No Impersonation: Names similar to staff or senate are forbidden. Accounts will be blocked until changed.
16. No Vote Exploitation: Accounts voting multiple times for personal gain are banned. Secondary accounts with only voting activity may be monitored or blocked.
17. No Sabotage: Do not provoke others to deceive or ban them. This violates server spirit; penalties are applied.
18. Inactivity GDPR Policy:
    • 14+ days offline: lose one reset and 10% stats.
    • 60+ days offline: account is suspended until reactivated.
    • 90+ days offline: account and data are permanently deleted.
19. Excessive PK: Unfair killing of low-level players is reviewed individually, typically with a 1-day character ban.
20. Final Removal: The server owner may permanently block accounts for systematic violations.

5. Donations & Refund Policy

1. All purchases are voluntary and non-refundable once completed.
2. By donating, you receive virtual goods with no eligibility for refund.
3. If you disagree with these terms, do not make payments. Violations may result in a permanent ban.
