The server rules have been updated to improve clarity and strengthen enforcement against serious violations.
Serious violations may result in an immediate permanent Account, IP and HWID ban.
Cheats & Hacks
Confirmed use now results in an immediate permanent Account, IP and HWID ban without warning.
Item Duplication & Economy Exploits
Confirmed abuse now results in an immediate permanent Account, IP and HWID ban.
Real Money Trading
Penalties for buying or selling accounts, items or currency for real money have been strengthened.
Trade Scams
Intentional deception during a trade is now explicitly prohibited when supported by clear evidence.
Harassment
Serious, repeated or targeted harassment is now clearly separated from ordinary chat violations and may result in a permanent Account, IP and HWID ban.
Appeals
Permanent bans issued for cheats, hacks, economy exploits or serious harassment may be appealed within 7 days. Confirmed violations will not receive reduced penalties.
Enforcement
Penalty escalation, linked-account identification and evidence requirements have been clarified.
Email Sent to All Registered Accounts
An email containing the updated rules, recent server news and a personal gift code has been sent to every registered account.
